Fees

The fee for legal services is determined individually with each Client after reviewing the subject matter of the case. The amount of the fee depends, among other things, on the type of case, its level of complexity, and the stage at which the matter is handled.

Available fee arrangements include:

• Flat-rate fee (a fixed amount agreed in advance),

• Hourly fee (the fee depends on the amount of time devoted to the assignment).

In the case of ongoing legal services, the fee is payable in the form of a monthly flat rate. In contentious court proceedings (e.g. claims for payment, compensation, or compulsory portions), the fee may additionally include an individually agreed success fee, i.e. a bonus for winning the case in the form of a percentage share of the awarded and recovered amount.

Fees for legal services are payable in advance. In exceptional cases, it is possible to arrange payment in installments. These matters are agreed individually with each Client.
